Ordering/Shipping/Return Information

Order:

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order with Soft Baby. We are only responsible for shipping the products to the address recorded on your order form.

Shipping:

• All Ground Priority orders are shipped via UPS,  Fed Ex,  or the United States Postal Service.

• Ground Shipping: $5.00 flat fee.

• Free shipping on purchase orders exceeding $100.00

• Total Average Transit Time for Ground Orders: 5-10 business days.

• Transit time can vary depending on postal service,  weather conditions,  and other variables.

Return:

1. Contact info@soft-baby-clothes.com to obtain a return authorization number. This return authorization number is valid for only 15 days. Please ship as soon as possible.

2. Place the return number on the shipping label and ship to:

3. Upon receipt of returned item to Soft Baby Clothing we will refund the related purchase charges made to your credit card.

Return Policies:

For all merchandise returns a full credit,  excluding shipping and handling costs, will be issued to your credit card if:

* We receive your returned products within 15 days of the date your order was placed.

* Your returned products are completely unworn with all original tags in place.

Please note that items that have been washed/laundered cannot be returned for any reason. No returns or exchanges will be accepted 15 days after order date.
